Exercise is scientifically proven to make you feel happier by releasing endorphins. So, get yourself outdoors and join the Divis & the Black Mountain team on a walk of the Summit Trail, which boasts panoramic views of Belfast and beyond on a clear day.
This 3 mile (4.8km) trail takes you through open heath and blanket bog to the highest peak in the Belfast Hills, Divis Mountain. The trail takes roughly 90 minutes to complete.

Sturdy walking boots and weather appropriate clothing strongly recommended.
- Accessibility
There is accessible car parking available in the upper car park, and changing places facilities are available. The route itself is moderate, with uneven terrain, natural steps and a steep climb in parts.
