St Patrick's Day Festival Weekend

St Patrick's Day is coming to the land of legends...BIGGER AND BETTER than ever before!

From Saturday 15 March - Monday 17 March, come and celebrate St Patrick's weekend with us, with lots of family-friendly activities!

From whimsical Leprechaun Trails, Facepainting, Treasure Hunts, Trad Bands, selfie opportunities with our resident friendly giant, Finn McCool and so much more, our event promises to be a magical GIANT experience for all ages!

Stay tuned over the next few weeks on our social media platforms for further updates - you won't want to miss this!

National Trust Members and Local Pass Holders gain free access. Online booking is strongly recommended in advance. This is a free event; normal admission charges apply.

Ticket price includes the full Visitor Experience - access to guided tours with our award-winning storytelling team, use of hand-held audio guides, access to interpretation and exhibition areas, the shop and café, use of all facilities, including the loan of accessibility equipment and reserved on-site parking.

Meeting point

Pick up your Trail/Treasure Hunt from the Activity Station within the Visitor Centre. All other activities, including Facepainting and the Trad Band's performance will take place in the Visitor Centre

What to bring and wear

Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear suitable for the event and for the weather on the day.

Accessibility

The Leprechaun Trail will follow the Blue Trail, a route of under a mile. Please be aware that a bus also travels this route; pedestrians must stay on the path when the bus is in operation. The Blue Trail has some steep inclines, which may be unsuitable for wheelchair or mobility vehicle users. The Visitor Centre is fully accessible with ramps. and accessible facilities are available within.

Other

The Visitor Centre is fully dog friendly, with dogs on leads welcome throughout indoor and outdoor areas. The Causeway stones can be slippery and dangerous when wet - always heed the advice of our staff.
