Second World War Walk
Monthly from April to November: discover Coleshill's hidden Second World War history on this informative guided walk through village, woods and parkland at the home of the British Resistance.

Coleshill House was the hush hush headquarters of Churchill's secret army, or the Auxiliers. Discover the detailed history of their training and visit some of the remaining Second World War features around the village, including the Guard House. Plus, check out our newly built and refurbished replica "funk hole".
Guided Second World War Walks take place on 22 April, 11am-1pm; 11 May, 11.30am-1.30pm; 27 June, 6pm-8pm; 27 July, 11am-1pm; 24 September, 2-4pm; 18 October, 11am-1pm; and 11 November, 2pm-4pm.
£8 per adult, £4 per child.

Outside the Coleshill Estate Office, Coleshill Model Farm, Coleshill Village, nr. Swindon.
- What to bring and wear
Sensible walking shoes and appropriate clothing for walking in.
- Accessibility
The walk is roughly 1 ½ miles. There is slightly uneven terrain and the route is slightly uphill.
