We offer flexible spaces for hosting creative workshops or lectures, meeting rooms, and rental units for professional craftspeople seeking a community environment.

Based on a Grade II* listed former Victorian model farm on the Buscot and Coleshill estate, the Heritage and Rural Skills Centre has a range of spaces to rent within refurbished farm buildings. The site is also home to a visitor information centre, second-hand bookshop and an independently-run café.

Spaces for hire

Craft units

We have several craft units to let for professional craftspeople keen to work alongside one another in a supportive, collaborative environment. The units have shared use of a meeting room, mess room and toilet facilities.

Meeting rooms

We also have a range of flexible spaces if you’re looking to host a meeting or lecture. We can host up to 30 people in the Timber Store, or up to 10 in our more intimate spaces the Groom's Loft or Smithy.

Hosting a workshop

We host a range of heritage and rural craft courses for professionals, beginners and hobbyists from our studio spaces. If you’re a professional crafts person interested in delivering a workshop here, we’d love to hear from you.

We’ll sell your tickets through the Heritage and Rural Skills Centre website and promote the workshop through various marketing channels.
