River Severn Walk
Explore more of Dudmaston and the countryside beyond on this 7km guided walk along the River Severn. The National Trust is pleased to offer this walk in partnership with South Staffordshire Water and Severn Valley Country park.

At the banks of the River Severn, along the southern tip of the Dudmaston Estate sits Hampton Loade. Starting and finishing from Hampton Loade car park, join this guided 7km walk along the river towards Severn Valley Country Park and back.
Just like the wellbeing walks this is a great opportunity to chat, spot nature and make new friends. This is a must do for those looking to explore further than Comer Woods.
The café and toilets at Severn Valley Country park will be open.

- Meeting point
Meet us in the car park at Hampton Loade (WV15 6HD). From Dudmaston Hall, pass through the village of Quatt and turn right off the A442. The car park is signposted.
- What to bring and wear
This is an outdoor activity so walking boots are recommended, please dress for the weather.
- Accessibility
Route will involve climbing steps and navigating fields and riverbank.
