Father Christmas will be stopping off at Sunnycroft again this year.

Step through the mouse hole into a whimsical world where festive preparations are underway at Sunnycroft. Delight in the sight of mice feasting, playing, and decking the halls. As a grand finale, visit Father Christmas himself, where you can share your Christmas wishes, don’t forget your Christmas list!

Father Christmas will be visiting Sunnycroft from Friday 6 December to Monday 23 December. 

Tickets will go on sale on Friday 27 September.

This event is split into two listings, bookings are available after school, or during the school holidays or weekends. 

Wednesday 18 December - Friday 20 December

Experience the magic of Christmas at Sunnycroft in a new light!

While Father Christmas is away seeing other children, the adults get to have a look behind the scenes. 

Discover how our talented team brings the festive season to life. Step through the mouse hole and enter a charming world where mice prepare for Christmas. See the intricate details, clever touches, and the hard work that goes into creating the enchanting experience. Though Father Christmas won't be present, it's the perfect visit for curious minds who want to peek into the magic of how it's all made.

Peek behind the scenes on a timed session between 11.30am-2pm from 18 December to 20 December. Pre-book your timed entry ticket online.

Sunnycroft is only open for pre-booked ticket holders this December. Group sizes are limited to 12 people due to the size of the house. Pre-booking is essential. This experience is recommended for ages 14+. Tickets cost £5 per person.

Saturday 30 November - Sunday 5 January

This Christmas, step into a world of festive wonder as Attingham Park brings stories, myths, and legends to life!

Explore the beautifully decorated Georgian Mansion, where over twenty rooms are home to dazzling Christmas trees inspired by ancient myths—from the gods of Greek and Roman legend to the timeless tales of Attingham’s own past.

Outside, the adventure continues with a family-friendly trail through the wintery Mile Walk and Walled Garden. Help Noel the Dragon solve the mystery of which mischievous mythical character has stolen his treasure. Along the way, you’ll discover magical Christmas trees inspired by legends from near and far, hidden around every corner.

For the first time ever, experience Attingham at Dusk on selected Saturdays. As the evening settles in, wrap up warm and follow the Mile Walk, lined with magically lit Christmas trees twinkling in the night. With a torch in hand, explore the glowing path and be captivated by festive projections in the Outer Courtyard, bringing the magic of Christmas to life.
