Community Day at Ickworth
Our local community members are welcome at Ickworth Estate this February to learn from the teams, discover opportunities and hear about our upcoming plans.

Every February, the team at Ickworth comes together to host a series of stalls that celebrate their aims and achievements for the year. Staff and volunteers are on hand to talk you through what they have been working on and what they have planned for the future.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the local community to come and learn a little bit more about Ickworth and the different departments.
Whether you are interested in work experience or volunteering opportunities, or simply keen to learn about the conservation projects that happen on your doorstep, the Community Day is a friendly, inclusive environment for you to come and explore.
There will be information about the past year and what each department is responsible for, as well as key aims for Ickworth in 2025 and upcoming opportunities for all ages and interests.
This is a fabulous way to touch base with your local National Trust property, make connections and network with others.

The event is taking place in the West Wing Gallery, which is on the first floor above our main café and shop.

There is a lift in the West Wing which can take you from the ground floor to the first floor.

There is no additional fee for this event, However, if you want to come and explore Ickworth for the full day, standard admission will apply.
