Pop along to the Discovery Room in Tranmer House to watch our Collections & House Officer Jack cleaning our replica Sutton Hoo helmet. This object is used extensively throughout the year and therefore gets dirty and tarnished, so we protect it by cleaning and waxing it twice a year.
