Landmarks - Being Human Festival at Leith Hill Place
Everyone is welcome to this free event which explores our relationship with the landscape and place, through workshops, talks, performance and live music. There'll also be a free shuttle bus from Dorking station and Cranleigh Leisure Centre.

Hear storytelling and poetry exploring the intricate relationship between place and identity performed by artist in residence Rosie May Jones.
Join archaeologist Elsie Unwin and discover how stones can become landmarks, create moments of reflection and embed our stories in time. Join a workshop, paint your own stone and place it in a cairn built by dry stone wall builder, Emma Yates.
Hear a talk on composer Ralph Vaughan Williams. Discover the man behind the musician and how his legacy lives on today at Leith Hill Place. There'll also be live music from electric folk band D'Arcy Duo.
Explore the Surrey Lives Cultural Map and add your own personal stories of Surrey residents who have had an cultural impact on your life or the lives of other people.
