Suitable for adults and children aged 8 plus, accompanied by an adult.

Meeting point

Please meet outside the Wharf Tea-room where you will be taken to the dig site.

What to bring and wear

This event takes place outside. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear.

Accessibility

This event takes place over uneven terrain and is unsuitable for those with limited mobility and wheelchair users. Please see the access pages at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/bodiam-castle for further information.

As well as a ticket for a dig guided tour, you will also need a ticket to Bodiam Castle and grounds which can be purchased at Visitor Reception on arrival. Admission is free for National Trust members.
