Bodiam Dig: The Road to 100
Join us at Bodiam Castle as we undertake a new archaeological dig in partnership with UCL and Archaeology South-East this summer.

An archaeological dig will be undertaken to see what may be discovered from the Roman site which lies to the south of the River Rother. Throughout the three-week dig period, there will be dig site visits, graffiti tours and much more to get involved in. Head to the Finds Tent in the Mill Pond to see what the team have discovered.

There are gravel paths from Visitor Reception to the castle and around the moat. Elsewhere in the grounds there is uneven terrain.
