Find out why deer rut and how we measure the quality of the deer on this guided walk. There is a chance we might see some examples so recommend bringing binoculars and there will be an element of hiding and remaining silent. Walks will run on 23rd, 25th, 28th, 30th October, and 4th November 10.30am - 12.30pm

The basics
- Booking details
Call 0344 249 1895 Adult tickets are £5 each, children are free but please book as spaces are limited.
- Suitability
Suitable for children aged 7 +. Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Meeting point
Please meet at the main visitor car park for the House 15 minutes before the start time of the walk.
- What to bring and wear
This walk will be outdoors on some uneven ground. Please come prepared for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
- Accessibility
This is a two hour walk through the Park which will involve some uneven ground and inclines. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
- Other
Assistance dogs only. If you wish to visit Petworth House after the walk, normal admission applies.
