Join Laura Uphill from Gwen's Garden, medical Herbalist with 25 years of experience, on a 2.5 hour foraging walk and talk through the Pleasure Gardens and Park. Getting to know what grows around us & being able to use them as foods and medicines is regaining popularity.
On the walk we will discuss the many ways in which we can use plants, internally and externally, benefitting our health and making us less susceptible to illness.
Looking at up to 40 plants, depending on the season, this walk is a great way to reconnect with our environment and regain the knowledge which has slowly been lost.
