A Christmas Spectacular at Petworth House
Step into a festive wonderland set in the grand state rooms of Petworth House. Marvel at beautifully decorated trees and garlands, but be sure to look closely as there are some mischievous mice who have come to play.

Explore Petworth House to see showstopping trees, twinkling lights, beautifully adorned garlands and floral displays this Christmas. Discover eight of our historic showrooms dressed for Christmas with playful mice hiding among the display, and taking centre stage. There will be photo opportunities, and a chance to add your wish onto a tree in the Chapel.
A Christmas Spectacular at Petworth House is open 30 November 2024 - 5 January 2025, 10.30am - 4pm. Normal admission applies. Closed 24 & 25 December.
On Saturday 30th November, 7th December and Friday 20th December the House will be open until 6pm, with a choir performing at 5pm.
There will be choirs singing festive songs in the courtyard on weekends from Saturday 30th November - Sunday 22nd December.
On Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December there will be a Christmas makers market in the Battery House and Exhibition Room selling festive gifts, run in partnership with Petworth Pop-up.

- Accessibility
The House is approx 550m on a gravel path with gentle incline from the main visitor Car Park. There is a mobility buggy that runs from the main car park to the house on request. The State Rooms are all on the lower ground floor of the house, with step free access. The Chapel is down a small flight of stairs.

Please note the Beauty Room, Grand Stairs and North Gallery are closed for conservation work throughout Christmas. Over the Christmas period we get very busy, so recommend arriving early, or after 2pm.
