Ranger led bug hunt at Erddig

Join our ranger team for a bug hunt and discover the creepy crawlies that call Erddig home.

  • Booking not needed

On 26 April join our friendly rangers for a fun-filled bug hunt. Get ready to search high and low for all sorts of incredible insects. From bugs with shiny wings and tiny spots to those with long, wiggly antennae, how many can you find? It’s the perfect way to learn all about the tiny creatures that live around us.

This 30-minute session, aimed at children, takes place in the Big Wood. Sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for 10 children per session (accompanying adults welcome). This is a free activity, but normal admission prices apply. Free entry to National Trust members and under 5s.
