Relax on the edge of the Menai Strait and enjoy an unforgettable night of music as we welcome the UK Proms in the Park to the picturesque Plas Newydd House and Garden.
The UK Proms in the Park 7 September at 7.30pm Join the UK Proms Orchestra and some special guests as they perform some of the country's most loved musical pieces from TV, theatre, and film. Don't miss the rapturous finale featuring all the classics from the Last Night of the Proms.
Gates open: 5:30pm
Performance starts: 7:30pm.
Approximate run time 2.5 hours
Gates close: 10:30pm

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 2 children per adult.
- Meeting point
Head to the House to find the stage.
- What to bring and wear
As this is an outdoor event we are at the mercy of the weather and the show will go ahead unless we deem the weather as a safety risk. So please come prepared for whatever the elements may be.
- Accessibility
There will also be free disability car parking with a buggy transfer service to the show area available. Carers are admitted free of charge when accompanying someone with a disability who has purchased a ticket. Proof of disability (e.g Blue Badge) is required on entering the arena. Strictly one carer per purchased ticket.
- Other
Please note that this is an outdoor, picnic style event so no chair is provided, but you are very welcome to bring your own camp chair, etc. with you. Dogs: Dogs are allowed on short leads. Food and drink: You are very welcome to bring your own picnic to the event, however alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the arena as per site policy. There will be a large selection of bars and food vendors available on site. Car parking: Free Car parking is available on site. There will also be a chargeable bus service available from Bangor Train Station.
