- What to bring and wear
Sturdy footwear is required and weather-proof clothing. Sunblock and a hat is advisable. Do bring snacks or a picnic lunch to enjoy during the walk, and plenty of water to drink.

The terrain is rough, steep and perhaps muddy in places. Not suitable for most wheelchairs or buggies.
