Sketching tour

Take inspiration from nature and Stourhead's world-famous landscape garden, in this all day sketching tour. You'll have the chance to explore different materials as you develop your sketching skills. All drawing materials will be provided and you'll go home with a collection of sketches from the day. Please bring your own sketchbook and wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit mucky. There will be a lunch break in the middle of the day. You're welcome to bring your own lunch along or visit Stourhead's restaurant, the Temple of Refreshment or the Spread Eagle Inn. The workshop takes place at the Memorial Hall in the Spread Eagle courtyard. Gemma will lead you through the garden as part of the workshop to gather inspiration. Please note, normal admission applies to visit the house and garden outside of workshop hours, with free entry for National Trust members.
