Walk amidst towering trees, listen to the soothing sounds of rustling leaves, and find solace in the present moment as you let go of worries and distractions.

Along the way our experienced guides will lead you through gentle exercises, inviting you to engage your senses, practice deep breathing, and truly connect with the environment. Dress comfortably and bring something small to sit on.

Not suitable for very young children. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Meeting point

Please meet at the Nimmings Wood car park for a 10am start. Usual parking charges apply (free for NT members).

What to bring and wear

This event is outside so dress appropriately for the weather: e.g., raincoat, hat. Wear sturdy footwear like walking boots as the routes can be steep and muddy. Bring water and a snack.

Accessibility

Please note that the route includes walking up and down steep hills and climbing over fences and stiles. The walk is approximately 5 miles and takes around 3 hours.
