Treat yourself in the Cafe at Croome, located in restored RAF wartime buildings, where you'll find a range of hot and cold drinks, seasonal meals and sweet treats. Every penny spent goes towards the work we do at Croome in caring for nature, beauty and history.

Eating at Croome

The Cafe is located in the Visitor Centre near to the Car park and was restored from ruined RAF Defford wartime buildings. Currently serving:

  • Barista Coffee, selection of Teas and Hot Chocolate 

  • Iced Coffees

  • Bottled and canned cold drinks

  • Hot and cold sandwiches 

  • Selection of homemade cakes and bakes 

  • Pasties and sausage rolls

  • Jacket potatoes with a selection of fillings

  • Seasonal soup and one pot

Dogs 

Only assistance dogs are allowed whilst sitting in the restaurant, however for our visitors with dogs you are able to come in and purchase your food and drink before heading to the covered seating area outside the Visitor Centre. 

Visiting with children

Children’s lunch boxes are avaliable, includes a tasty sandwich, three sweet or savoury snacks and a refreshing drink all for £5.25. 

High-chairs and small cutlery (upon request) are available at both the Cafe and the tea-room for younger visitors. 

The Cafe located in the Visitor Centre has flat access for pushchairs. The closest baby change is located in both the male and female toilets in the Visitor Centre and one in our latrine block located in the car park. Both a short distance from the RAF Cafe. 

Breastfeeding is welcome throughout Croome. 

Ice Cream 

Soft serve Ice Cream is avaliable at the RAF Cafe and when the sun is shining during school holidays expect to see Ice Croome open, serving local Churchfield Ice Cream.
