Festive Tudor Takeover

The wonderful Lypett Household of reenactors are back again this year to bring Greyfriars Christmas season to close in raucous Tudor style!

There will be feasting, dancing, and all kinds of revelry, set inside the beautiful timber framed building. It is sure to be fun for all the family!

The house will be open 10.30am-3pm for self-guided visits through the house and Tudor festivities (no guided tours will be running on this day). Whether you just want to check out the decorations in the house, or get involved in the Tudor festivities, it will be a memorable day for all.

Prices: Free for National Trust members. Adult admission: £10.00, Child admission: £5.00, under 5s free.

The basics

Meeting point

Please check in at Reception (no.14 directly opposite the main house) where you will receive a token for entry.

Accessibility

There are uneven surfaces throughout, cobbles, steps over the threshold, and access to the upstairs is via a 17th century staircase.
