Yoga in the Orangery
Relax in the formal gardens and let go of stress and tension in a yoga class with local yoga instructor Emma Blunston of Be You Be Yoga.
- Booking essential
Emma will guide you through a 60-minute yoga class, perfect for beginners and those who want gentle morning practice. The class will combine gentle yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation, all while you listen to the sounds of nature in a historic building. It really is the best way to start your morning.
Few things to be mindful of: ~ Please bring extra blankets for additional comfort for any knee issues due to the floor being a harder surface. ~ Please be aware that you will be practising yoga in a historic natural space at Hanbury Hall, so wildlife will be around, such as bees, Insects, birds, and butterflies (this all adds to the natural surroundings of the yoga practice. We will always respect the space of wildlife.) ~ Please bring your own mat (we will have a small amount for you to borrow if needed) ~ Water (Optional)
