Find out how to redeem a free hot drink and Easter trail* when you visit Hanbury Hall and Croome using the Worcestershire On Demand bus service, and the terms and conditions of these offers.

Worcestershire On Demand

Enjoy a free hot drink and Easter trail* when you travel to Hanbury Hall or Croome on the Worcestershire On Demand bus. This new initiative aims to promote sustainable travel and make it easier for visitors to enjoy these historic sites without the need for a car.

Free hot drinks available from Saturday 12 April

To receive a free hot drink voucher, you will need to show a valid same day bus ticket on arrival at the property. Each visitor with a valid ticket will be entitled to one hot drink. This offer is only available at Croome and Hanbury Hall.

*Free Easter trails can be redeemed from Saturday 12 to Thursday 17 April.

Parents or guardians must show the child’s valid same day bus ticket on arrival at Visitor Reception to receive a trail voucher.

Hot drink offer terms and conditions

 

  1. This offer is open to all visitors who use the Worcestershire On Demand Bus Service, who provide a valid same day bus ticket or online booking proof.
  2. Each valid bus ticket will entitle the visitor to one free drink only (known as single use).
  3. The voucher will be valid for one standard sized hot drink (Luxury hot chocolates are exempt from this offer).
  4. The visitor must present their valid same day bus ticket (physical or digital), at the National Trust property reception. Photocopies will not be accepted. Visitors who cannot present a ticket will not be able to receive the free drink voucher.
  5. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
  6. This offer is non-transferable between visitors. If the National Trust deems this to have occurred, we reserve the right to refuse to give the free drink voucher to the visitor.
  7. This offer does not give a free regular hot drink for using the Worcestershire On Demand bus service to other National Trust sites. The offer is only valid at participating National Trust sites in Worcestershire.
  8. The National Trust (Heelis, Kemble Drive, Swindon SN2 2NA) is a registered charity (number 205846).

 

Easter Trail offer terms and conditions

 

  1. The free Easter Trail offer is open to children who travel with a parent/carer who use the Worcestershire On Demand Bus Service, who provide a valid same day bus ticket or online booking proof during the period of Saturday 12th April 2025 until Thursday 17th April 2025.
  2. Each valid bus ticket provided between of Saturday 12th April 2025 until Thursday 17th April 2025, will entitle each child travelling on a valid ticket to one free Easter Trail only (known as single use).
  3. The offer will be valid for one free Easter Trail per child with a valid ticket for that day during the period Saturday 12th April 2025 until Thursday 17th April 2025.
  4. The parent/carer must present their valid same day bus ticket (physical or digital), at the National Trust property reception. Photocopies will not be accepted. Visitors who cannot present a ticket will not be able to receive the free drink voucher.
  5. Children who have not travelled on the Worcestershire On Demand Bus Service are not valid for a free Easter Trail. 
  6.  The free Easter Trail offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
  7. The free Easter Trail offer is non-transferable between visitors. If the National Trust deems this to have occurred, we reserve the right to refuse to give the free drink voucher to the visitor.
