The modern visitor centre will be seasonally decorated as the elves workshop, where upon your arrival you will be greeted by his best elf who will tell you all about your visit.

In the run up to Christmas there is still lots to do and the elves need your help. In the sorting office there are parcels and letters to send. Surrounded by twinkly lights there will be an opportunity to write a letter to Father Christmas and send it off in our special postbox. Don’t forget to stop off at the craft workshop and have a go at making your own Christmas decoration to take home!

In the gardens discover a fabulous family photo opportunity and take a seat in Father Christmas’s sleigh. Unfortunately, one elf left the gate to the reindeer pen open, and they have all escaped around the gardens. Can you help us find them?

Father Christmas will be resting in the idyllic cottage where you can tell him what’s on your Christmas list and he’ll have a present for you too.
