Nostell Spring Nature Retreat with The Conscious Self
Take time out to relax and connect with nature at our spring nature retreat, set in beautiful ancient woodland amongst the bluebells.
- Booking essential
Join us for a soulful, immersive day in nature, where we'll reconnect with the breath, our bodies, and each other. Set against the serene backdrop of Engine Wood, settle down among the blooming bluebells as you exhale, decompress, and absorb the revitalising energy of spring.
Guided by experienced facilitators, we’ll begin with a mindful walk through the forest, allowing our senses to awaken as we journey to a peaceful clearing. Here, we’ll lay down our mats and create a sacred space to connect with ourselves and the world around us.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and an unforgettable sound bath, we’ll hold space for you to find peace, calm, and deep stillness. Let nature’s rhythms guide you back to balance, as the fire ceremony grounds our experience in reflection and renewal.
Forest Bathing – Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the woods. Nature Meditation – Tune into the sights, sounds, and scents around you. Breathwork – Discover techniques to calm the mind and centre your spirit. Sound Bath – Be enveloped by soothing sounds for deep relaxation. Gentle Movement – Flow through restorative yoga to release tension. Fire Ceremony – Reflect, release, and renew in the presence of the flames. Hot Soup & Golden Milk – Nourish your body with warming, wholesome refreshments.
Please bring your own mat and wear multiple comfortable layers to stay coy throughout the experience.
