Easter egg hunt at Wentworth Castle Gardens
This spring, treat the whole family to a world of adventure at Wentworth Castle Gardens on an Easter trail. As well as our ever-popular garden trail, discover a new trail in the parkland, especially suited to dogs and their humans.

Make your way along the trail and find activities for the whole family. The trail takes place between 11 - 21 April 2025, from 10am to 4pm, with last entry at 3pm, so come along and explore beautiful Wentworth Castle Gardens.
Prices are £3.50 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.
*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.
This year we will have two trail options to discover at Wentworth Castle Gardens. Our gardens trail has ten locations with new trail points to explore around the theme of 'building Wentworth', as well as the return of family favourites like bunny hoopla.
Our new trail this year, especially designed for dogs and their humans, will explore five locations in the parkland.
Choose your favourite, or return another day to try both, whatever suits you best for your family adventure.

Buy your trail tickets at the visitor welcome building in the carpark then head to the visitor information shed opposite the play area to choose your trail and start your adventure.

Dress for an outdoor adventure with your best explorer shoes!
- Accessibility
The gardens trail is suitable for most pushchairs and wheelchairs but the parkland has no hard standing paths. Please visit the accessibility page of our website for more information.
- Other
Whilst this Easter trail is aimed at families, everyone is welcome to enjoy it. Our parkland trail in particular can be discovered by dog lovers of all ages.
