Ingredients

For the tiffin

  • 600g fruit scones
  • 250g butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 100g cocoa powder

To finish

  • 100g white chocolate

Method

Tiffin texture

Scones can be substituted for any sweet biscuit or cake. Don’t crumble the scones, biscuits or cake too finely, so the tiffin has a nice amount of texture.

Step 1

For the tiffin

Melt the butter, syrup and sugar in a pan.

Step 2

Once melted, stir in the cocoa powder.

Step 3

Crumble the scones, ensuring you leave some bite-sized pieces, and stir into the melted mix.

Step 4

Pour the mix into a lined tray, press out to the edges and flatten the top.

Step 5

To finish

Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top of the tiffin. Place in the fridge to set before cutting.
