About 3 Lytes Cottage

This semi-detached Victorian stone cottage comes complete with its own private garden and a cosy log burner. Surrounded by countryside this is the perfect place to explore the intimate Arts and Crafts style gardens of the medieval Lytes Cary Manor, and a walk even further through the extensive parkland will lead you along the River Cary. After a day of walking come back and curl up with a book from our second-hand book barn in the garden, or next to the log burner.

A short drive away is the mythical town of Glastonbury. Wander through its quaint streets, peruse the town’s eclectic shops and scale Glastonbury’s famous Tor. Montacute House and Barrington Court are both within a 30 minute drive from here.

Another holiday cottage, Lytes Cary (sleeps 14) is in the west wing of the manor, and can be booked with 3 Lytes Cottage.
