Join us for a unique creative experience at Tatton Park, where you will have the chance to craft a beautiful 2D needle felted scene of the Garden’s iconic Orangery. This two-hour class offers the perfect opportunity to explore the art of needle felting, whilst immersing yourself in one of Cheshire’s most iconic locations.

Under the expert guidance of Vicky Pulman from Needlessly Felted, you will learn how to create a detailed 2D needle-felted artwork, capturing the charm of Tatton Park’s Orangery. Perfect for beginners and experienced felters, this session provides everything you need to bring your vision to life.

What’s Included: All materials, including premium felting wool in a range of colours to recreate the Orangery and its surroundings. Felting tools, including needles and mats, provided for use during the session. Step-by-step instruction to help you shape and layer your scene. Entry to Tatton Park Gardens, allowing you to explore the beautiful grounds, including the Orangery, before or after the workshop. This workshop offers a relaxing way to try needle felting, while celebrating the beauty of one of Cheshire’s most treasured locations. The Orangery, with its striking architecture and lush surroundings, provides the perfect inspiration for your felted artwork. Your finished piece will make a wonderful keepsake or a thoughtful gift, showcasing your creativity and love of Tatton Park. Includes parkland vehicle entry.

Accessibility

The Barn Rooms are a short walk from the main car park. There is a drop off point near the Stableyard for blue badge holders. There are uneven surfaces and historic cobbles in the Stableyard.
