Mother's Day Floral Arranging with North and Flower

Our Mother’s Day workshop is the perfect creative experience for that special person in your life.

In the workshop, you will be creating a gorgeous floral arrangement in a vase to take home using beautiful local, seasonal floral ingredients. You will also learn about growing flowers for cutting and how to condition and care for your blooms. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about creative floristry techniques from local floral designer, Sarah Hinchliffe from North and Flower. The workshop provides hands on tuition, guidance on design principles and environmentally friendly floristry techniques. Workshops are suitable for beginners with no previous experience with all materials and a vase are included.

What to bring and wear

Workshops may be facilitated outdoors depending on the weather, so please dress appropriately for the conditions.

Accessibility

The Barn Rooms are a short walk from the main car park. There is a drop off point near to the Barn Rooms for blue badge holders. There are uneven surfaces and cobbles in the Stableyard. Please note that this event takes place on the first floor of a historic barn with no lift access.
