You'll find the National Trust shop and café in the heart of the harbour area, all under one roof. You can enjoy refreshments and purchase gifts or souvenirs during your visit to Boscastle. Every purchase you make will support our conservation work in this special place.

The café

The café at Boscastle serves a range of hot and cold drinks, as well as light snacks. Stop for a freshly baked pasty, a sausage roll or a freshly made sandwich. Sweet treats are also available – choose from a range of cakes, biscuits and Cornish ice cream. Cornish cream teas are also on the menu.

The café is a short walk from the main car park (not National Trust), and just a few metres from the South West Coast Path. We welcome reusable cups, so if you have one, please bring it with you.

Allergen information

Most of the food and drink served is prepared on site in our kitchen, using a wide range of ingredients. As a result, we can’t guarantee that any of our food and drink products are completely allergen free.

If you have an allergy or intolerance and would like ingredient information about the food and drink served, please ask the staff, who will be happy to help.

Always check when you visit

Visited before? We sometimes change our recipes to improve quality and flavour, including the ingredients. When you visit, please speak to one of our team to check the current allergen information for your favourite dish.

Thank you

Every cuppa or tasty treat you buy helps us to continue looking after places for everyone to enjoy.

The National Trust shop

Also centrally located in the harbour area, the National Trust shop offers a wide range of gifts, souvenirs, books and other accessories.

You'll find a large selection of maps and walking guides to help you explore the outdoors. Locally sourced products include jewellery and beach art, with pictures made from reclaimed sea glass. Cornish preserves, fudge, biscuits and beers are sure to put a smile on someone's face, too.

Pocket-money toys for the little ones range from games and books to bug-hunting kits. And why not take part in our ‘50 things to do before you're 11¾’ challenge? You'll find related accessories in the shop.
