Quiet sessions at Saltram’s Christmas 2024

Quiet sessions at Saltram’s ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ event are designed for anyone who would benefit from experiencing Saltram’s decorated house in a calmer environment, alongside others who may be more familiar with additional needs. These sessions may be particularly enjoyable for visitors with learning disabilities, dementia, autism, neurodivergent or visual impairments. During these sessions, visitor numbers are limited, and lights and sounds can be adjusted where possible. To aid your experience, sensory bags tailored to Saltram, as well as communication cards, are available. There are 40 tickets available per session, and we recommend arriving between 10:00-10:15am at the Welcome Centre. Please note that the house will open to other visitors from 11am. There’s no rush to leave before then, but be aware that more people will begin entering the house from this time. Please meet at the front of Saltram House, where our wonderful guides will open the doors for you.
