Erik Brown is a retired journalist with an enthusiasm for birds and will lead you on this guided walk around the parkland. He leads the annual bird survey at Knole, helping us understand the species that use this designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
On this walk around the parkland, you'll hear from Erik about the birds you're likely to encounter at Knole and their habits, alongside general information about the park. Weather permitting, the walk will last approx. 45 minutes followed by refreshments and the chance to ask Erik questions.
In the event of poor weather, the talk will take place indoors as a presentation in the Hayloft Learning Centre.
