Allan Bank is hosting a series of workshops led by fine artists from the Lake Artists Society, established in 1904. Grasmere is the Society's spiritual home, where they exhibit in the village hall every summer. This is an opportunity to work with professional artists using Allan Bank as a source of inspiration.

From the accessible parking space, entry to the house is through the rear door. This is a level entrance, through a manual inwards opening door, fitted with a doorbell. The doorway is 102cm wide. Staff can assist with opening the door if required.
