A slow flow hatha yoga class to start your day.
Practising yoga outside can be a deeply restorative experience, as you take in and connect with the environment around you.
During this class, you will be guided and supported to connect with and listen to your body and breath, to help you feel grounded, and to cultivate a greater sense of ease in your body.
This class is open to all, from beginners to more seasoned yogis, with opportunities for both gentle and more dynamic postures.

- Meeting point
Meet in the main visitor car park next to the estate barn welcome point at 8.15am. The group will then walk together to the class location.
- What to bring and wear
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Layers suggested. Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number can be supplied.
- Accessibility
Advisory: If you have any injuries, please consult with your GP or healthcare provider before joining this class. This class is not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Options and modifications will be provided so that you can choose your level of comfort and/or challenge during the class. There is a 10 minute walk from the car park to the location.
