February half term: learn about WWI with the Time Bandits

Join living history group the Time Bandits to learn more about WWI.

The Time Bandits will be bringing history to life with family-friendly talks throughout the day. Hear the fascinating story of 'The Piper of Loos', a Scottish soldier with local connections who was awarded a Victoria Cross in 1915 for his bravery at the Battle of Loos.

There will also be an opportunity to explore the Time Bandits' collection of WWI artefacts.
