Easter egg hunt at Calke Abbey
This spring, treat the whole family to a world of adventure at Calke Abbey on an Easter trail.

Make your way along the trail and find ten spring-inspired activities for the whole family.
The trail takes place between 5 – 23 April from 10am – 4.30pm, with last entry at 4pm, so come along and explore the beautiful Parkland and Pleasure Grounds of Calke Abbey.
There's a choice of two main trails to pick from:
- The long trail takes you around the Parkland and Calke Explore, where you’ll visit the bunny bootcamp and have a go at welly wanging.
- The shorter, accessible trail is suitable for little legs, exploring the Pleasure Grounds and Stableyards, with the opportunity to test your nose and discover hidden smells or count Easter bunny’s carrots.
Prices are £3.50 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.
*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.

Collect your Easter egg hunt from the Ticket Office.
- Accessibility
Short trail follows gravel paths, with slopes to the Pleasure Grounds and uneven terrain around the Stableyards. Long trail follows stoned paths, with steps, areas of uneven terrain and roads to cross, including the main drive in and out of Calke Explore. It isn't suitable for wheelchairs and trampers, unless built for all terrains. Sensory bags available in the Ticket Office and Riding School.

Dogs are welcome, provided they're on a short lead.
