Explore Ickworth Estate on a Cycle Led Tour this winter.

Our Active Outdoors team will take you on a journey around the estate combining a historic tour with the opportunity to explore Ickworth's vast landscape. Tours take place every Tuesday and Wednesday in November, December, 10:00am-12:00pm.
On Tuesdays the tour route will take you on the River Linnet Trail. This trail is the shorter of the 2 routes, it is around 4.6km with less hills.
On Wednesdays the tour route will take you on the Monument Trail, this route will take you further out into the estate and is 9km. This trail provides incredible views of the rolling countryside and the Rotunda, there are more hill climbs on this route and the trail will take you into the woodlands.
Both tours will start and finish at the cycle hub and will begin with a friendly chat with your tour leader and a chance to discuss the route. This will also be an opportunity to learn a little about our bikes and how we maintain them.
This will be a great chance to meet like-minded people, or spend time with family and friends whilst seeing all the incredible scenery Ickworth has to offer.

Meeting at the Cycle Hub, located in the main car park.
- What to bring and wear
The tour will be entirely outside, so please bring layers and closed toe footwear, suitable for all weather.
