Late-summer Forest Bathe
Relax and connect with nature through a guided, meditative walk by the river and through the pinewoods.
- Booking essential
Early August is a time to celebrate the late summer festival of Lughnasa being halfway between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox. Join Charlotte, our resident Forest Bathing guide, for a relaxed afternoon stroll through the pinewoods and by the river. During the session we will practice what is known in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing where your guide will offer you a series of invitations to encourage you to slow down, relax and connect with nature through your senses. The experience will conclude with a tea ceremony in the majestic pine woodland.
