Invigorate your day in a beautiful National Trust setting with energising outdoor group fitness sessions designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more motivated.

Inspired by Moxie Unleashed’s “On The Move” approach, these sessions combine cardio, strength and functional movement in a fun, inclusive group environment.
Enjoy a varied and engaging workout that may include:
- Jogging or power walking intervals
- Bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, planks and burpees
- Circuit-style training to build strength, stamina and mobility
- Opportunities to adapt intensity – go at your own pace or push harder if you wish
Sessions are designed so everyone can participate, and exercises can be modified or extended for different fitness levels.
