The Harvey Buffs: WWII re-enactment group
As part of our Festival of Archaeology at Sheffield Park and Garden, be transported back in time to the Second World War with local historical group The Harvey Buffs.

See the period come alive and discover more about Sheffield Park and Garden’s WWII history and see what a WWII encampment would have looked like.
The Harvey Buffs will be located by the Concrete Path, which was built during the Second World War by troops stationed at Sheffield Park and Garden. If you look closely enough, you can even see the boot marks of Canadian soldiers left in the wet concrete.
The Harvey Buffs will be at Sheffield Park and Garden from 10am-4pm on 26 and 27 July.
