Guide for the morning Exploring the changes happening within the natural world, you will encounter within the gardens, the trees and plants beginning to blossom and flourish, learn about their healing properties, and how to connect with nature through various well-being practices. The session will begin within a grove of trees, as we use gentle breathwork and meditation to ground ourselves and allow new energy in. Revitalised, we will then spend some time in the meadow, appreciating the changes happening with nature, and learning about folklore, medicines and ancient traditions associated with some of the trees and plants growing there. To complete the session, we will work with energy practices, and guided visualisation techniques, to bring ourselves into full awareness of what it is we would like to manifest in our lives.
