Rejuvenate body and soul with 'Our Wild Edges' with time spent at the coastal areas of Stackpole - the dunes, beach and coast path. Activities may include: Mindful activities to encourage deeper nature connection Barefoot paddling Breathing practices Storytelling Simple games Nature journaling ...and more. These are not hikes! The pace will be slow to allow us time to fully engage with the beautiful landscape.
