The Granary kiosk at Brockhampton

The Granary kiosk is open every day from 10:30am serving light refreshments, cold drinks and freshly made hot beverages – the perfect treat after a long walk on the estate.

Currently we are serving hot and cold drinks, cakes, ice creams, a small selection of sandwiches, soups and warm savoury pastries such as sausage rolls and vegan-friendly pasties (subject to availibility).

Both indoor and outdoor seating is available on a first come, first served basis and payment can be made by either cash or card.

Allergen information

Most of the food and drink served is prepared on site in our kitchen, using a wide range of ingredients. As a result, we can’t guarantee that any of our food and drink products are completely allergen free.

If you have an allergy or intolerance and would like ingredient information about the food and drink served, please ask the staff, who will be happy to help.

Always check when you visit

Visited before? We sometimes change our recipes to improve quality and flavour, including the ingredients. When you visit, please speak to one of our team to check the current allergen information for your favourite dish.

Picnics at Brockhampton

Brockhampton has no shortage of places to picnic. From the damson orchards next to the manor house to secluded spots along the estate's way-marked walks. Here you are sure to find a place with a view for a picnic lunch.

Brockhampton has over 1,700 acres of beautiful Herefordshire countryside for you to explore; it's the ideal place for a picnic, especially in the summer months.

There are orchards conveniently situated next to the manor house, overlooking the moat, where you could picnic under the shade of a damson or apple tree. Why not venture further into the newly planted orchards, following the hard-standing, accessible paths? You will find many benches with beautiful views, as well as orchard rooms for you to sit in and enjoy your lunch sorrounded by nature.

Visit Brocks Books at Brockhampton

Browse through a range of quality second-hand books and discover a new exciting read on your visit to Brockhampton.

Our little bookshop is one of the smallest in the National Trust but amazingly during 2019 it made over £5,000, which went towards planting new orchards here.

The price of each book can be found inside the front cover. To pay simply pop your change in the honesty box near the door, or take your books to Visitor Reception, near the car park, to pay by card.

In 2023 your support of the bookshop raised over £6000, which helps to look after our the newly planted orchard, as well as the whole site Brockhampton. Thank you.
