Volunteer roles at Nostell

Nostell is one of the National Trust’s grandest houses, with surrounding parkland and landscaped gardens. We have a team of 250 volunteers who play a range of vital roles in looking after this special place.

Whether you're looking to offer your skills, pursue your passions or simply looking for something a little bit different, Nostell is an ideal location to get started on your volunteering journey.


Training for volunteers at Nostell

Volunteers work alongside our staff teams, some of whom have themselves progressed from volunteering roles. It's a fantastic way to become part of a friendly and hard-working team.

To help us open safely, all volunteers receive extra training and induction in line with current government guidance.
