Tour some of the rooms at Cotehele Dairy Cottage, a recently renovated cottage for six at the heart of the Cotehele estate.
Please note: There are a small number of steps leading up into the dining room, kitchen and sitting room. there are also steps leading down to the upstairs bathroom.
The garden is uneven and care should be taken on paths.
Induction Hob: Guests with a pacemaker should note that there is an induction hob in this cottage.
Garden and surrounding area: There is an enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage with lawn and areas with slate chippings. Outdoor seating for 6.
A quiet, no through road passes the cottage leading into the estate.
Across the road, there's a children's natural play area which can be seen from the cottage.
Paint: Little Greene have kindly provided the paint you will see in the cottage.
Heating: The cottage is heated by biomass. There is a woodburning stove in the sitting room.
Parking: There is one parking space outside the cottage with EV charging available. Parking passes are provided in the cottage for any additional cars which need to park in the main Cotehele car park, approximately 200m away.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.
Please note: There is a low beam in the first floor bathroom.
There are eight holiday cottages spread across the estate at Cotehele. Multiple cottages can be booked together for a group of up to 31 guests, but some cottages are in closer proximity than others: Hall Court (sleeps two) is an apartment in the Tudor house and Cotehele Dairy Cottage (sleeps six) is nearby. Malt House (sleeps six) and Cotehele Quay Lodge Cottage (sleeps two) are at the quay by the river. Miller's House is in the woods next to Cotehele Mill, and Elbow Cottage (sleeps four) is in the woodland on the other side of the stream. Cotehele Engine Cottage (sleeps two) and Danescombe Cottage (sleeps three) are next to each other in a secluded corner of the Cotehele estate, north of the Tudor house.
