Childhood home of one of England’s greatest composers, Ralph Vaughan Williams and often visited by Charles Darwin, Leith Hill Place is place of inspiration, discovery and creativity. The house is now closed for the winter and will re-open in the spring.
In collaboration with Surrey Hills Arts, we’re delighted to welcome our first dual artist in residence at Leith Hill Place, Rosie May Jones. Rosie will explore how we shape our identities through our relationship to the land through poetry, performative research and participatory workshops. Everyone is welcome to get involved through free poetry workshops, collaborative art projects or just come along and chat to Rosie during her open studios.
