'Inside Out: Outside In' Floral Art Exhibition
See the house and garden transformed by floral art as Acorn Bank hosts a floral exhibition by Flowers North West.

Visit Acorn Bank during the weekend of 21 & 22 June this year to see the gardens and house reinterpreted in flowers, as the regional community of Flowers North West clubs and societies join together for an exhibition of floral art.
The garden will feature floral displays of things usually found indoors, from dinner table settings and framed pictures to curtains and an apothecary’s shop, while inside the house you can find a floral bonfire, a landscape mirroring the fabulous views at Acorn Bank and of course the Cumbrian weather.
Flower arrangers will be running drop-in workshops so you can try your hand at crafting willow dragonflies and paper flowers.

The event will be across the garden and in the ground floor rooms of the house.
- Accessibility
Garden paths are mostly level, or a very shallow gradient. Some are surfaced with fine gravel, some are grass. Following heavy rain, some grass paths may not be suitable for wheelchairs/mobility scooters.
