This friendly-looking building brings together a cottage and former dairy, and will soon be a comfortable, modern holiday cottage with accessible rooms on the ground floor. It will be ready for first guests in January and is taking bookings now. As well as all-hours access to the Weir Garden, you'll have your own private garden created by the head gardener. Sleeps ten.
Village Farmhouse is a handsome, three-storey home from the 1700s, in the heart of a lovely village. It's full of light and historic details, and has a cosy snug, grand dining room and sitting room with a woodburner. Sleeps 12.
A rural gathering house in the heart of Eyri (Snowdonia), Craflwyn Hall sleeps 16 and has a bar, second sitting room and library, large drying room, and extensive lawns and outside space. With six more cottages behind, the Craflwyn cottages can sleep up to 39 people.

Pentire Head Farmhouse and Pengirt have an optional interconnecting door, and together sleep twelve people. This handsome building is part of an ancient farmstead on the Pentire headline in North Cornwall. There are miles of coastal paths, with the chance to spot grey seals, skylarks and peregrine falcons. A 15-minute walk takes you to the local sandy beach at Pentireglaze Haven, which at low tide links to Polzeath beach.
Next door to Hop Kiln Farmhouse, you'll find Kiln Barn, Hop Kiln Cart Barn and Hop Kiln Mews. Together, they sleep 18 people and have shared gardens. These cottages are on the Brockhampton estate, with its miles of walking trails and moated medieval manor house.
Surrounded by lovely countryside, 1 Bagden Farm Cottage and 2 Bagden Farm Cottage can be booked for up to 12 guests. They have some shared outside space as well as their own private courtyards, perfect for friends and family holidaying together.
With view of Eyam Moor and fields, woodland and heather moorland all around, you'll find Wilson Farmhouse, Millstone Barn and Gorsey Bank Barn. Together they sleep 16 people. Trails lead to the Longshaw estate, less than a mile away, for expansive views and and spotting red deer. The Gritstone Edges are nearby.
